Q: Are those Luffy's eyes on Naruto's face with Goku's hair on the home page?
A: Yes, yes they are. Thanks for noticing!
Q: How long will my order take?
A: Between processing and shipping, typically within 5-7 days. Although holidays may require a bit more time.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: UPS Standard is $4.95 flat rated unless you order $100 worth of product for which shipping is free. If you're international, the flat rate is $15.
Q: How can I cancel or change my order?
A: The awesome thing about custom-made is, our only inventory are the shirts, blankets, etc that are awaiting print. So, as soon as we receive the order, we have to work on everything right away to maintain our turnaround times!
Simply put, if you need to cancel or change something, we beg that you do it ASAP. I'd say within the first two hours of placing the order, ideally. Q: Where's my order confirmation email?
A: Please check your promotions and/or spam folders for it. If it's still not there, send us an email at anime.custommade@gmail.com with the items you ordered and the total *if* you can remember. (No pressure there.)
Q: Do you have a quality guarantee?
A: Yes, actually, in our Return & Exchange Policy if the product was misprinted, damaged, or doesn't match the fulfillment information, we'll gladly see to your satisfaction.
